The island of Kefalonia
Where authentic seafood is raised
Kefalonia is the largest of the Ionian islands and one of the most beautiful islands in Greece. With a population of 36,000 people spread over 900 km2 it maintains it's pureness through time.
Blessed with endless pine forests, olive trees of magnificent size, cypress woods and beautiful beaches, it is home to the highest mountain peak in the Ionian, spectacular sea caves and underwater ancient ruins.
This is where nature and people come together to create seafood impossible to replicate anywhere else in the world.
Here, Sea Bass and Sea Bream grow slowly, the way nature intended.
The island is mainly agricultural and is known for its wine, the Robola, its olive oil, thyme scented honey, wild strawberries and indigenous orchids . The clear and deep waters of the Bay of Livadi provide an ideal environment for the production of Mediterranean Sea Bass and Sea Bream: Pure, authentic seafood, like nature intended.
